The Client

Our clients in Oconomowoc were unhappy with the look of their kitchen, bathroom, and living room spaces. While working from home, a remodeling project was on their mind but they just needed to be able to visualize it first.

Being local allowed us to go on-site. During the on-site Discovery Visit, we discovered that they had been clipping magazine images for over a decade!

The Vision

They had a vision for what their 1st floor could look like from all of these inspiration images but they didn’t know how it would all come together.

They had waited and searched for a solution for years but finally decided to move forward when they found our innovative eDesign services!

The Project

They wanted to see 3 rooms designed and wanted plans to give to a contractor before they renovate. This would allow them to set the expectation for their vision.

This 14 year home offers a breathtaking view of the lake so the client’s main request was to keep with the traditional style of the house but switch to more of a coastal style.

Specifically, they wanted to visualize how switching from oak stain to white painted trim would look throughout the entire first floor.

Also, the living space used to have a much smaller TV on the right side of the fireplace. Now, they can see that a 60” smart TV can fit recessed above.

For their kitchen, they envisioned changing the layout from G-shape to Alley. They were able to visualize a new cabinet design, new counter tops, new appliances, new fixtures, as well as new lighting!

Overall, they were considering building a new home on the lake but decided to stay put after all. We can’t wait to see how their renovation goes!
