co-owner and designer, Becky Newton will work with you throughout your remodeling experience. specializing in kitchen and bath design, she pulls from her 15 years experience in the trade and her 5 years of education. In 2020, she launched modern Virtual designs to change the way a traditional kitchen and bath design is implemented.
Meet James
co-owner of the business, James is a big help when it comes to assisting with consultations on site and troubleshooting computers! He helps with marketing efforts and may even help with a Discovery Call if Becky is busy. James is computer savvy and even knows how to build a computer from scratch! This allow us to have a top working machine for our rendering services.

VR Game
We were hanging out with friends for a 2019 New Years Eve Party when we tried VR for the first time! This inspired Becky to watch Your Home Made Perfect and eventually start her own business with James.

Becky knew he had to reach new clients so she started a Podcast called ‘The Smart Designer’ that talked about smart home technology.

Becky upgraded to the iPhone Pro that allowed her to use even greater technology scanning a space, eliminating the need to measure properties.

Photo Shoot
Being behind a screen without recognition was taking its toll on the business. So, in February of 2024, a professional photo shoot was taken place for a website refresh!
Becky began her career in interior design when she graduated from the Interior Design Program at her local NKBA-affiliated community college, WCTC.
She continued her education at UW-Stout and earned her Bachelor’s in Business-Service Management. After school, Becky began in flooring and furniture sales.
In 2018, she began her experience designing kitchens and baths with a local construction company. She designed cabinetry layouts, helped homeowners with material selections, and networked with vendors.
The company gave her the opportunity to attend her first ever KBIS in Las Vegas!
KBIS known as the Kitchen + Bath Industry Show is the largest in the world!
