Modern Minimalist Style
To create this look, we recommend starting with a piece of artwork or area rug. We found one with a simple white and black design. Then, we found a contemporary light fixture that spans 4 feet wide; enough to cover enough of the 9 foot long dining table. The chairs have a black metal frame and leather upholstery in various colors. We picked 'bronze' that has a warm orange hue. We kept the dining table and hutch from Crate & Barrel that we plan to use for all of our different Modern looks. Crate & Barrel is a leader in modern home furnishings.

Modern Transitional Luxury
This design nods to more of a transitional style with the traditional style rug, modern dining chairs, rustic table, and mid century modern hutch. The chandelier completes the ambiance of the space through its mid modern shape but transitional style and glamorous crystal lights that dim and glimmer with its dimming functionality! Though the table, hutch, and chairs are from Crate & Barrel, we found the rug from Overstock and the chandelier from Wayfair. Both are very affordable online retailers for furnishing your home.

Mid-Century Modern Style
To create this look, we started with a colorful southwestern area rug and a mid century modern style light fixture that spans over 3 feet wide; enough to cover enough of the 9 foot long dining table. The chairs have curved upholstered backs made of walnut. In my opinion, Mid-Century style can be achieved when you prioritize function over form. Add smart light bulbs that work with voice activation for added functionality! We found these unique chairs from Bellacor - a leading online retailer in the home furnishings and lighting industry!

Modern Rustic Style
To get this look, one must look into nature. Nature is full of inspiration and unpredictability. Find a rug that is neutral or would help to compliment a log wood home. Find plenty of wood and other natural elements. Though the chairs are a mid-century modern style they're made of walnut and compliment the rustic vibe. The Chandelier we picked adds a touch of traditional flair to this rustic look with it's bronze nickel and candelabra design.
