Becky Newton
Becky began her career in sales before seizing a pivotal opportunity with a prominent lake home builder/contractor. Initially hesitant to adopt new programs for process improvement, she found that her ideas were not always embraced by her employers. With edesign and virtual design gaining in popularity between the years 2020 - 2022, Becky embraced this for her her own business. Today, Becky offers on-site consultations, in-person selection meetings, and collaboration with contractors on the job site. Continuing with the virtual theme of her business, Becky uses LiDAR scan technology with every measure ensuring fast and precise measurements of even the most awkward shaped spaces.

Modern Virtual Designs
At RP Lumber, Becky revitalized the kitchen bath department's reputation, which had deteriorated before her arrival. She corrected incomplete and erroneous jobs, updated samples, and established new partnerships, leading to nearly $150,000 in sales for 2023. Additionally, Becky represented the company at the local farmers market and network events with the Oconomowoc Chamber of Commerce.
Becky worked with clients at Groskopf Construction in Okauchee, WI, overseeing selections for remodeling and new builds. Specializing in kitchen and bath design, she kept up with trends and managed the showroom. Her key achievement was creating a way for project managers to view selections in real-time.
Floor 360. Becky worked in flooring sales in Delafield, WI helping clients find the right flooring including carpet, LVP, LVT, tile, and hardwoods.
21st Century Tile. Becky worked as a showroom consultant in Butler, WI helping clients select the right tile for their project including natural stones, porcelain, ceramic, terra cotta, and mosaics.
Steinhafel's. Becky worked as a sales rep at a variety of locations for Steinhafel's. This became her introduction to a career in sales.
